This is what you'll see at your arrival at Tunis -Carthage : Then there is the ship departing from Marseille to the port of Tunis: La Goulette. It takes two days to arrive but the voyage is worthwhile, especially in summertime. | |
 | As for internal transport, you may use extensively the automobile ( there exists a highway between Tunis and Sousse), but also the 4WD remains the most suitable means if you wish to discover Tunisia (the most beautiful sites being in places that are little suitable for motor vehicles). The big cities are served by urban transportation such as the subway in Tunis, or the bus in other cities. Transportation is somewhat little costly. An interesting local means of transportation consists of inter-urban common transport taxis that can be taken in downtown to different destinations. As the vehicule may carry up to 6 passangers, it is an economical means of transportation. To be free in your movement at your leisure, you may rent a car.You may make a reservation for it as of today on the site: http://www.camelcar.com |
